1880s Bound Sheet Music Piano Violin Guitar Where The Bird Sings Classical Hand

This is a book made up of bound Sheet Music from around the 1880s.  There are some pencil notations.  Many are from compilations/booklets with just one song bound.  A few selections are hand written.  Please ask questions as we do not know anything about sheet music.  Being sold "As Is".  Binding is coming off - the bundle of sheet music is all in one piece attached to the back cover.  Some music has heavy wear and tear.  There is a drawing on one plain page.  Contains the following:  Where The Birds Sing by James E Stewart (dated 1882),
