1965 Guild F-30 Vintage Acoustic Guitar

Gorgeous vintage Guild F-30.
She's plays easy and has a tone I would put up against any mahogany 000 or OM, pre or post war!
The woody warmth, clarity, strong crisp bass and balance is as good as it gets.
This is professional grade keeper in every sense.
Responds beautifully to a light touch, aggressive strumming and everything in between.

Crack free guitar. Newer frets are in excellent condition, and were cut and filed very near the fingerboard edge. No rolling off of the edge and this guitar plays more like a 1 11/16" nut even though it measures a generous 1 5/8".
The Brazilian rosewood fingerboard is striking with the stripe of contrasting wood.
Neck has been reset by a previous owner. There is a thin wedge of wood added where the neck meets the body that must have been used to improve the angle. Lots of saddle left.
I had Mark Tossman, our areas best luthier take a look and he gave it the thumbs up as far a stability and playability.
There is some fingerboard wear in the first position but does not affect playability as again, the frets are great.
Very nice feeling neck that has some fullness in your hand.
Intonated Bone saddle and original bone nut.
Original tuners still work great.
Case is ok, not a perfect fit but will protect this gem of a guitar.
Lot's of little nicks and dings. This is a vintage guitar, looks and sounds like one!

If in the market for this style of guitar, you won't regret buying this one, the quality of tone will likely leave your other guitars feeling neglected.
