1981 Cibson Sonex 180 Deluxe Electric Guitar in good condition with some minor dents, dings and scratches on the front and back. There are areas where the paint has worn off. The one area is on the lower bout where your arm would lay and on the back of the neck. The guitar has a black finish with a black pickguard and chrome hardware. The guitar has a nice action and the thin profile neck with rosewood fretboard feels great. The frets are in good condition with some light playwear.

The pickups have been upgraded and a middle pickup has been added. The neck and middle pickups are chrome covered. The bridge pickup appears to be a DiMarzio Super Distortion. The pickup has a great tone with a powerful output. The front 2 pickups have been hooked up to mini switches that lets you choose between the pickups and a phase switch. The guitar is equipped with a tune-o-matic bridge and a stop bar tailpiece. The nut has been upgraded to a brass nut. The guitar plays and sounds great.

Includes the original Cibson hard shell "Chainsaw" style case. Made in the USA.
