It has a quality fishman pickup that really brings the thunder.  There is also a custom thumbrest to mimic the top end of a pickup on an electric bass for those who prefer that feel.

Some disclaimers about wear: there are surprisingly few blemishes, but there are some varnish cracks near the pickup and bridge.  These have been checked and are NOT cracks in the wood.  The back is near perfect, the bridge is not pulling away, and the neck is beautifully straight.  There are three minor dings in the soundboard.  The sides and edges are in great shape.

The hardshell case is sturdy and surprisingly light.  It has a roomy container for accessories.  The lock does not seem to function, but the latched and hinges work perfectly.
