Hello. Up for sale is a nice Univox Hi-Flier bass from the 1970s.
This bass is original and in good condition. It is the phase 3 version with a solid wood body and the same type hot humbucking pickups as the Ripper and Gimme guitars.
The bass plays well and sounds great. It has a good bit of wear and tear from use over the years.The finish has a slightly weathered patina that looks almost like 1950s furniture and not just a boring natural finish guitar body. This gives it a very vintage rock and roll vibe!
Playability is really good on this bass.
The neck is nice and straight and there is not a whole lot of fret and fingerboard wear. The hardware has some tarnish on it but everything works just fine.
