This guitar was everything I was hoping it would be, right out of the box. Setup was great, I didn't have to tweak any saddle heights or anything. I love the rosewood fingerboard, and the faded Sonic Blue finish gives it a cool retro vibe. I even ordered the Strat version, and I have to tell you, they make a lovely couple in my music room. I used to be wary of buying a guitar I couldn't hold and play first, but this is the fifth guitar I've bought through Guitars china, and you haven't let me down yet. Mandy, my sales rep, for his great follow up. I would recommend this guitar to any player at any level. |

Well, I have to say that I love this Tele so much I felt compelled to review it. I really had been wanting a Tele with a rosewood fingerboard and when I saw this with the faded blue finish I thought, "that's it!" When I first got it I just stared at it for the longest time because it is so beautiful. The grain in the rosewood board and the blue finish are just stunning. The playability and sounds you can get out of it are right on. Interestingly, as I usually play 10's, I thought I'd rip the strings off right away and change them but, the more I played it, the more I started saying, "Dang, I really like this!" In fact, I like it so much that I went back to 9's on my other Tele, too. So, in closing, if a Tele is your thing, you gotta get this. And don't be a snob about the made in Mexico thing. It's a custom-shop guitar assembled in Mexico and everything about it is as good or better than the American guitars I have - honestly! |

I previously owned an American Deluxe Tele and I would say this guitar is about on par. The pickups sound fantastic, the guitar feels great and looks great. The neck on the American Deluxe was slightly nicer, but the neck on the Baja feels great as well, just a bit smaller. The amount of tones you can get is incredible. I love everything about this guitar and would highly recommend it. |

It's a nice guitar but not only by the looks but also the sound from it,it's almost like an American tele sound like it but also kinda beefy just something different from other teles but absolutely not disappoint it..don't get fool by the MIM thing remember everything about this guitar was design in corona Cali..and I don't think they'll be around for to long..and thnx to Kenny Stratton for his help and advised on getting this guitar he is awesome great guy he isn't there only for the business but to share and help musicians like us thnx Kenny !! |
