With a beautifully-waisted orchestra body constructed of solid Canadian Red Cedar and solid African Sapele, this guitar sits comfortably and resonates evenly across the entire tonal spectrum. An ebony fretboard and bridge, combined with a bone nut and saddle, further enhance the guitar’s pristine note depth and definition.
This guitar has not yet found a home in consumer hands! It is lightly stamped "used" on the back of the headstock. This designation means the guitar has a minor cosmetic blemish. It is a completely playable instrument with no sacrifice of tone, structure, or playability. This particular guitar has a light-colored speck in the finish on the side of the body near the neck heel and a very soft dent in the finish nearby. There is a scuff on the treble side of the neck heel, a light speck in the finish on the back of the body near the edge and a small dent over the body binding on the rear edge. I have included a close-up photo of each imperfection. Aside from what I have described, this guitar is in flawless condition.
With a solid cedar top and solid back and sides as well, this is a sweetly-tuned instrument that delivers lively resonance and excellent projection. It has received a nice professional setup and is a beautiful player. I also do a last-minute check and final adjustment if necessary just before packing and shipping to ensure it is truly in fantastic playable condition when it arrives.
Bedell has discontinued this and all other imported models and will only be producing the high-dollar US-built guitars from this point on. If you’re looking to get into a Bedell guitar with quality tone woods but an attainable price tag, now’s the chance!
The Bedell padded gigbag is included. If you would like a hardshell case also, a new hard case can be added to US orders for $70 or to international orders for $90.
