COLLINGS D1AV Acoustic Guitar. I bought this on ebay in 2009. These are modeled after prewar Martins and have the wider 1 & 3/4" at the nut fretboard & wider string spacing at the saddle & other vintage specs. The orginal ebay ad said 2 & 3/8 spacing at the bridge &  "believe's it's a 2003" & last photo is from that original ad.  The bridge has started lifting. I have a Stew-Mac sound hole clamp & clamping caul for minor regluing, but this looks like it probably needs to have the bridge removed, old glue removed etc.- a whole reglue. Not that big of a deal but I decided to list it on ebay as I have to many instruments. It also has two glued cracks as seen in photos - one at the 'D' string & one at the sound hole. A good luthier can make the cracks invisible with lacquer etc. It has a few small minor dents on the top & various minor wear from being played & needs minor cleaning too. Overall condition is VG+. Those are the negatives- now the positives- It has a really great tone. It has probably the best sound of any mahogany guitar I've ever played & is a great flat picking guitar. The mahogany is very nice and is more figured/dimensional, has waverlys & the original hard Collings case. So it needs a little work to bring it up to top condition as described, but it is a very fine Collings D1AV & if it doesn't sell I'll probably get the bridge fixed & hold on to it.
