Return Policy

We will replace defective items within 2 weeks of purchase.
We will not charge the shipping cost on the replacement unit going back out to the customer.

If a refund is due to a customer mistake on the order,
we will accept a return for refund if all of the following conditions met:

1) Item has not been opened yet, and remains new.
2) Return within 10 days (please contact us for RMA first) from receipt.
3) Customer agree to pay 15% restocking fee.
4) Customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship the item back to us and the original shipping fee for the transaction (since we already used it to ship it out to you).
