This guitar has a small blemish on the headstock.

It shows a bit more sanding under the clear coating, some of the black finish is lighter in tone by the ESP LTD logo.

Also a light spot on the side trim in the waist area.

A Staff Member tuned and played it for several minutes.

It plays great and sounds awesome.

Neck is perfect.

These B-stock guitars are actually unplayed in MINT condition. ESP LTD is very picky on its product quality, a little discolor tiny spot or blemish on the finish of the guitar will make it B-stock or "second". ESP LTD will only allow a guitar to leave their facility with perfect sound quality.
