That’s right.  This Vintage White Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster just makes you want to crank an amp up and tear the place down with extra-scorching Strat style. This Stratocaster is wired for supercharged tonal versatility with three Texas Special single-coil pickups, a special rotary switch (disguised as the middle tone knob) with six distinct tone settings from wiry single-coil snap to searing lead, and an S-1 switch built into the volume knob that bypasses the onboard preamp to deliver pure sparkling Strat tone. The rotary switch provides some pretty killer tones, which you can further adjust with the regular tone knob or your amplifier.

“V6” ROTARY SWITCH

For exceptional sonic versatility, the Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster features an onboard preamp with a special “V6” rotary switch (disguised as the middle tone knob) that delivers six distinct onboard tried and true strat sounds.  It’s like having a pedal built into your guitar.  Sound funky?  No.  It is AWESOME.

TEXAS SPECIAL PICKUPS

The pickup that redefined the Texas blues sound. Overwound, calibrated, vintage style Strat pickups with plenty of midrange chirp, crystal highs and tight bass. Alnico 5 magnets and enamel coated magnet wire creates increased output.  The Texas Special pickups feature a reverse wound/reverse polarity middle pickup for hum canceling in positions 2&4.

S-1™ SWITCH

For even more tonal versatility, pushbutton S-1 switching presents special pickup and wiring modifications. On the Deluxe Roadhouse Stratocaster, the S-1 switch is built into the master volume control knob and completely bypasses the guitar’s onboard preamp, sending the pure sound of the pickups straight to your amp.

CONDITION

This guitar is in "like new" condition with no bumps, bruises, scratches or dings.   I've seen guitars sold as new at Guitar Center which were in worse condition than this guitar.  This guitar ships in its own Fender gig bag.
