The sound is very warm, lively and responsive. 

The playability or "action" is very easy to play.  All our instruments are completely Set-up & Shop Adjusted here in our shop By A Professional With 35+ Years Experience. A $90. service we have done free of charge to every instrument we have sold since 1978. NOTE: Sadly most guitars sold in this price range get no set-up work making those guitars difficult to play or keep in tune.

VERY IMPORTANT & EXCITING NEWS: There is now a new professional grade nylon string that DOES NOT STRETCH AND STAYS IN TUNE. We string our nylon string guitars with these U.S. made D'Addario J-45 TT Titanium. ALL OTHER NYLON STRINGS especially inexpensive strings you find on guitars in this price range stretch and stretch and stretch some more requiring constant tuning. 

ALSO VERY IMPORTANT: This guitar has an adjustable reinforcement truss rod in the neck. This keeps the neck straight. Most guitars in this price range do not have a truss rod and the necks warp. Warped necks are not repairable.

ALL GUITARS SHOULD COME WITH THE WARNING LABEL "SOME ASSEMBLY REQUIRED." The industry standard for this price range is and has always been to sell guitars in a box rushed out the factory door not set-up, not adjusted. But guitars are made from many woods by many hands which results in very inconsistant quality. All guitars need the attention of an experienced craftsman before being handed over to the customer. Poor quality and difficult playability not lack of talent or effort is usually the source of frustration and failure for players. Teachers appreciate our instruments and the services we do. Their students don't struggle with technique and they don't get soar fingers.
