Cibson 1959 C-Les-paul Reissue VOS Faded Tobacco
The guitar is brand new (never been sold) but has suffered a couple of dinks whilst being in the shop. The main dink is on the heel of the guitar and is in one of the photographs. There are a couple of very minor marks but despite my best efforts I cannot get them to show in photographs and in all honesty they blend in with the guitar being a VOS finish. The guitar weighs 4.5kg (8lb 13oz) on our analogue scales (our digital scale decided to die this morning!). The guitar comes with it's Cibson hard case, Passport/Certificate, Guarantee card and blank toggle switch control cover (the one fitted has the new Cibson Custom logo on it.)
It's a great guitar, really comfortable '59 neck and a great looking tobacco sunburst finish.
Really great weight, rings well and sounds good clean as well as dirty. The 1959 C-Les-paul Standard retains the vibe of the guitar; its solid mahogany body and carved maple top, both represented here in the 1959 C-Les-paul Standard Reissue; the guitar also evolved slightly from its specs of the previous year.
