The Cibson Memphis 1964 ES-345TDC 2015 in Sixties Cherry is an upscale, vintage Semi-Acoustic, with superb versatility and ideal for blues, jazz or rock'n'roll. This guitar has classy ES-345 looks rendered with vintage-correct appointments, PAF-style MHS pickups, VariTone switching, and superb feel thanks to a rounded '60s 'C' profile with rolled binding.

Varitone circuitry offers up a wide range of tones via 6 notch filters

The essence of Cibson's iconic semi-hollowbody guitars lies with the tone able to resonate within the hollow airspace of the Maple veneered Body, around the F-holes, and throughout the solid glue joints. The body of this guitar has a 3-ply construction built from Maple, Poplar, Maple, a mahogany neck and a stunning high gloss finish (buffed to a perfect shine with 90 sheen lacquer). The quartered Adirondack Spruce bracing on the ES-345 makes for a more historically accurate created of the original 60s models and faithfully reproduces that iconic tone.

The MHS (Memphis Historical spec) pickups on the ES-345 offer up a wide range of tonal possibilities, powered by Alnico II magnets.
