This is really cool. You are looking at a Ibanez BTB405QM 5-String Bass in a Trans Black Finish with a Quit Maple Top. Very Cool finish that changes color depending on the way the light is hitting it. Pro Level Bass.

Basswood Body and Quilted maple Top The large body of the 5-string Ibanez BTB405QM is designed for traditional pro-players who prefer tones produced more from the wood. Basswood is a comparatively lightweight wood, which makes the Ibanez BTB405QM very comfortable for extended playing.

 With a good balance of highs and lows, basswood is right in between alder and mahogany in sound character. Careful construction combined with the Quilted Maple top's warm, mellow tone maximizes the Ibanez BTB405QM's bass and volume. Quilted Maple also takes a finish beautifully, and can be quite stunning visually. BTB4 Neck and Rosewood Fingerboard The Ibanez BTB405QM's All Access 5-bolt 35" scale offers tight tension with no flopping, superior articulation, and excellent sustain. Perfect for 5-strings and detuned 4-strings. An off-center line shape makes the upper fretwork on the Ibanez BTB405QM as easy to play as lower fretwork is on a standard neck.
