A big new guitar from Martin! - Back & sides of solid Sycamore, solid Sitka spruce top with VTS (Martin's unique torrefaction process), black binding with layered black/white inlay on top,back & sides and abalone rosette. Pickguard is engraved with a bird (purple martin) and flowers. Modified Low Oval neck shape, ebony fretboard (1-3/4" nut, 25.4" scale) with large pearl "Backslash" position inlays. Pearl "The Martin" logo in headstock, gold enclosed tuning gears with pearloid buttons. Gloss finish. Inside label signed by C. F. Martin IV and numbered without total. Martin Geib style hardshell case, MSP7200 medium strings.
