This is the BRAND NEW Maton SRS70C Acoustic Electric Guitar

Maton set the bar high when they began development of the new SRS Road Series Acoustic Guitar range. The culmination of years of development and fine tuning by Maton's senior luthiers and production designers, the results speak for themselves with this new range of guitars redefining what is possible in a production built Acoustic guitar.

Solid Australian Timbers, Australian Pickup Technology, Australian Craftsmanship  and World Class Tone and Playability!

Maton have improved the neck geometry, bracing patterns and body construction of their acoustic guitars with stunning results and improved production methods have made it possible to produce these all solid timber guitars more effectively than ever before and the playability and tonal benefits are amazing. The backs and tops of the SRS Road Series Guitars resonate more freely and have a huge dynamic range.  The scalloped bracing of the SRS70C provides a superior bass response and a rich midrange.

Improved neck/body geometry produces a neck that is a joy to play. Difficult chord shapes and complex single note runs are much easier to execute and increased tonal response improves acoustic projection. A genuine bone nut and saddle ensure maximum tone and sustain.

This guitar has been finished in a Satin Natural Nitro finish.

The New Solid Road Series SRS70C features solid Tasmanian Blackwood Back and Sides. The Top has been hewn from specially selected book matched, A Grade Sitka Spruce and features Scalloped Bracing.

The neck is made from Queensland Maple and is capped with an Indian Rosewood Fingerboard. The Bridge has also been made from Indian Rosewood.

While the SRS70C is an exceptional acoustic instrument, it is no "one trick pony". Plug this guitar in and prepare to be blown away. Maton's brand new AP5 Pro Pickup System sounds amazing. The AP5 Pro System is the very best in acoustic guitar pick up technology and it's standard fare in the Maton SRS70C Acoustic Electric Guitar.
