Warranty: I stand behind each guitar I sell. If you receive the guitar and there is a problem, the remedy is this: You ship the guitar back to me and I will repair it or replace it at no charge to you other than you must pay return shipping to me. Keep in mind, I plug EVERY guitar in, test all functions before I ship the guitar, I also photograph every part of the guitar from all angles so rest assured, I will send you a brand new, nice guitar. Warranty is 90 days from date of receipt by the buyer.

SETUP of Guitar: EVERY guitar varies in setup from the build. These are hand built and setup is GENERAL and some may be perfect for you right out of the box, however, I will not be responsible for setting up the guitar to your preference as this is impossible. Your preference may be different than mine. If you wish to have a professional setup from me at your own risk, the charge is 30.00 dollars additionally to cost of guitar, and I will set it up the best I can to your request but cannot guarantee it will be exactly how you prefer it. I take a lot of time and effort trying to offer this service, hints the 30.00 dollar charge. The guitar will play and play in tune straight out of the box, however, intonation, string height, neck relief, is the responsibility of the BUYER. Temperature during shipment and warehouses can vary greatly and thereby cause expansion and contraction which can effect the setup slightly, especially in cold or hot climates. This is why it is best to perform your setup AFTER you receive the guitar, it just makes sense. I inspect EVERY single guitar and play it before shipment to insure no faulty parts or issues with the guitar. So my return policy is as follows:

Returns:  Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, and there WILL BE A 20% restocking fee to cover original shipping and handling costs (packaging). You must pay return shipping. There are NO EXCEPTIONS as each guitar is inspected prior to shipment and quality control will provide you with a high quality product.  If you choose to return this product, the item must be in exact same condition it was when you received it and first opened the box. Must be in original box and no writing or damage to package. Must be packed in bubble wrap as it was when delivered to you for protection. If there are ANY modifications, or scratches or damage to the guitar, your return will NOT be accepted. Simply put, it must be in the exact same condition it was when you opened it. If there is a problem with the guitar, take photos and send them to me and I will compare photos with photos I took before shipment. I photograph every guitar before shipping them. I will not accept a return where strings have been removed with missing string ferules and the like. Keep in mind, once opened, and played or adjusted, or used in any way, I cannot sell the guitar as new anymore. Therefore I MUST charge the restocking fee.
