Continental US States: We use Fedex Ground or Smart Post (please see listing to see which service is being used) to ship to addresses within the 48 Continental US States. 

Fedex Ground - 1 to 5 business days 
Fedex Smart Post - 7 to 10 business days 

Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico: Items being shipped to these address will be shipped through USPS Priority. Depending on the item, there will be a shipping surcharge for purchases being shipped to these locations. 

Military Addresses( APO/FPO, etc): All purchases being shipped to a military address will be shipped through USPS Priority. 

Guam, Virgin Islands & other US Territories: Please contact us before purchasing. We will give you a quote for shipping. Purchases going to these locations without prior contact will be refunded immediately. 

P.O. Box: We do not ship to PO Boxes. If you must ship to a PO Box, please let us know prior to purchasing. 

International Shipping
We ship worldwide to most international destinations with the exception of certain oversized items, such as drums, cellos, etc. International orders are shipped through USPS. Delivery can range between 7 to 15 days for all international orders. 

Please Note: Import duties, taxes, brokerage fees and charges are not included in the price of the item or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. For more information about these charges, please contact your local customs office. 

Handling Time: All orders will ship the next business day after payment has cleared. Example: If you order on a Friday, your order will ship the following Monday. 30 Day Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping charges are not refundable). Return must be in the original packaging and condition with no signs of wear or abuse. If a return shows wear and abuse, it will either be refused or a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the return. Please contact us prior to returning to obtain an RMA#. Any return without an RMA number will be refused. 

Defective/Damage Shipments:
If you have received a damaged package or a defective product, please notify us immediately. For damaged and/or defective items, we will request pictures so we can file a claim with the carrier we used and/or suppliers. A FREE replacement will be arranged once we receive pictures.
