The guitar is with 3,9 good and fully playable mm string position (E1 at waistband 12).
There are (well done) Repairs: The bridge had einma dissolved l and was re-glued. A previously dissolved compound in the neck foot was well again glued. The repair affects the playability and tunability of the guitar in any way.
The guitar is otherwise in good used condition with normal play and wear (eg small scratches on the paintwork on the edge of the ceiling)

Fingerboard and frets show traces. The frets were still rounded and polished. The fingerboard was cleaned and oiled
