The HOHNER ER1-S00SB Acoustic Guitar is HOHNER's tribute to the small bodied "00" sized guitars that gained popularity in the 1930s and beyond. Combining the visual appearance of a Parlour with the stronger projection of the slightly larger Folk body, the ER1-S00SB is a wonderful 632mm scale guitar with a solid Canadian Sitka Spruce top and Mahogany back and sides.

One of the elements contributing to this guitar's superb tone is the ultra-thin, open-pore vintage sunburst finish.  The bracing of this “00” model has also been specially designed and modified to allow the Solid Sitka Spruce Top to vibrate and resonate freely resulting in a lively tone with excellent balance across all frequencies.

The ER1-S00SB sports a 632mm scale length and neck-body join at the 14th fret. After some quality time in the southcoastmusic workshop, the 20 nickel silver frets are hand dressed, rolled and polished. The Rosewood Fingerboard is then hand finished and conditioned.

Intonation is a challenge for all Guitar Makers and HOHNER have addressed this with the use of NVI compensated nuts and saddles. As a result this guitar not The HOHNER ER1-S00SB Acoustic Guitar delivers exceptional value for money!
