Item Description

This is a pre-owned Luke III guitar that was part of a 2015 run of Ball Family Reserve instruments. It's in excellent condition with no major wear on it, and the Music Zoo was the original dealer for this instrument as well. Includes the original case along with paperwork.

From his early beginnings in the legendary band Toto to the present, Steve Lukather is one of the best known session musicians around for his prolific chops. The new Luke III Ball Family Reserve guitar is a collaboration between Music Man and this studio ace---an instrument that was crafted with the versatile musician in mind. We dig how the double-cutaway design offers plenty of easy access to the upper frets, and the dual-DiMarzio humbucker pickups make for a killer tone that can crank out anything from high-volume lead notes, to mellow rhythm chords. The Luke III also comes equipped with the well-known Music Man active pre-amp for even greater control over coloring your sound. Complete with a Music Man floating tremolo, there's plenty of room to push the realms of creativity!
